I am so thrilled to announce that I have been selected as an assessor for this year’s International Bar Association VIAC-CDRC Vienna Mediation and Negotiation Competition – in Vienna! This beautifully rounds out my last two years conducting mediations in-house for certain courts. I can’t wait to catch up with colleagues I met at the Advanced Mediation Workshop at Harvard Law School (Program on Negotiation: Executive education, Cambridge, June 2017) and 2nd International ADR Conference in Bankgok.
And in other exciting news, due to popular demand I will be accepting briefs again for private mediations (dates post-July) on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and via Teams/Zooms (Commercial Law, Succession Law, Family Law, Trusts, Industrial Relations, TPD/Insurance/Personal Injury, Company disputes etc).
